• No Existing Account: You must not already hold an active or previously suspended plus778 account under any name, email address, phone number, or payment method.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on plus778. The following rules govern account registration, management, and security:

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and active mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Ownership

Your plus778 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or allow any other person to access or use your account. plus778 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by a member sharing their login credentials.

4.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must notify plus778 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised use of your account. plus778 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication to protect your account from unauthorised access.

4.4 KYC Verification

Withdrawal of funds requires successful completion of the KYC process. Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to, a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, or UMID card. plus778 may request additional documentation where warranted by risk assessment procedures.

4.5 Duplicate Accounts

Where plus778 identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprinting, IP address, payment methods, or any combination of these — all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, all balances may be forfeited, and any winnings generated during the period of duplicate account operation will be void.

All financial transactions on plus778 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

Deposits are credited to your plus778 balance immediately upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. plus778 does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or transfers from persons other than the registered account holder. Deposits made from payment methods not registered to the account holder's identity may be reversed.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, plus778 will process the withdrawal to a verified account in the member's name. Withdrawals require KYC verification to be completed before the first payment is released.

5.4 Fees

plus778 does not charge processing fees on GCash or PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to fees levied by the member's financial institution, which are the sole responsibility of the member. plus778 is not responsible for any delays or charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits and Review

plus778 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on large withdrawal requests. Withdrawals above applicable thresholds may require additional documentation. plus778 may delay processing of withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of any review without liability to the member.

plus778 offers bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, subject to the specific terms stated at the time each promotion is communicated. The following general conditions apply to all plus778 bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available only to eligible members as defined in the specific promotion terms. plus778 may restrict bonus offers by account history, geographic location, or other criteria at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings upon expiry.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the older bonus being forfeited.

7.1 Game Results

7.2 Malfunctions

7.4 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sporting event and the plus778 sportsbook rules displayed at the time of placing the bet. In-play betting is subject to real-time odds that may differ from pre-match odds. Settlement of sports bets will be made based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the plus778 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on plus778, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate platform functions.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinating bets to exploit sportsbook rules, or sharing hole-card information in live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, systematically placing opposing bets across accounts to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Making deposits using payment instruments not belonging to the registered account holder, or facilitating money laundering through the platform in contravention of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider while balances derived from the disputed deposit remain in your plus778 account.
• Accessing or attempting to access plus778 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using plus778 for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate or facilitating third-party access to the platform for profit.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the plus778 platform or affects the experience of other members.

All content on the plus778 platform — including but not limited to the plus778 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, promotional materials, and all other creative works — is the property of plus778 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international copyright conventions.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the plus778 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or any other use of platform content outside the scope of normal personal use.

Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of the respective studios. plus778's licence to distribute such content does not extend to any redistribution rights held by members.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plus778 hereby excludes all liability for loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following:

• Loss of funds resulting from game outcomes, as all games involve inherent risk and no outcome is guaranteed.
• Technical failures, platform unavailability, server errors, or connectivity issues beyond plus778's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a member account resulting from the member's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Errors in the display or calculation of odds, game results, or balance amounts where such errors are subsequently corrected, provided that plus778 takes prompt steps to rectify any material error upon discovery.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the plus778 platform.

plus778 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. All members are encouraged to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits on both time and money spent on the platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all plus778 members and can be accessed directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session time notifications that alert them when a specified duration of play has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Members may enable periodic in-session notifications displaying total session duration and net win/loss for the current session.

plus778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where plus778 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances exist:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Account inactivity extending beyond twenty-four (24) consecutive months, following which plus778 will issue a written notice to the registered email address before any dormancy action is taken.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the member or an authorised representative.
• Legal obligation arising from a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 of these Terms.

Where an account is closed due to member breach, plus778 reserves the right to forfeit the balance held in the account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits may be returned at plus778's discretion following deduction of any amounts owed by the member.

plus778 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the plus778 website at https://plus778.app/terms-conditions. plus778 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members of material changes via the registered email address prior to the effective date of any amendment.

Your continued use of the plus778 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish, close your account by contacting plus778 support.

The version of the Terms that was in effect at the time of any specific transaction or event shall govern any dispute related to that transaction or event, unless superseded by mandatory applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the plus778 platform, or any transaction conducted through the platform shall be first submitted to the plus778 internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. plus778 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for final resolution.

In relation to gaming disputes specifically, members may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's consumer complaints channel where the nature of the dispute falls within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction over online gaming operations.
